Features & Benefits

  • Features and Benefits
  • Fast curing, high strength
  • Roller or brush applied
  • Suitable for a range of substrates
  • Long open time

1. Surfaces to be bonded should be free of all dirt, debris, sharp objects, grease and oils. Both rear of membrane and substrate must be free of all moisture before applying DuoPly bonding adhesive.

2. Before application stir adhesive vigorously before application.

3. Apply bonding adhesive to both surfaces, e.g. back of roofing membrane and the substrate. Ensure the total bonding area is covered with no globs, puddling or pools of adhesive.

4. Allow the Bonding Adhesive to become completely touch dry before mating of surfaces together. If adhesive is not dry solvent entrapment may occur and bubbling will appear.

5. Carefully align materials together before contact. Press surfaces together at maximum pressure and roll with a hand roller to compress the materials.

7. Trimming and finishing of membrane can be started immediately.

1. Review the applicable Material Safety Data Sheet for complete safety information prior to use.
